Jorts Radar

Tracey, author of the blog Stride and Joy, ran her 14th race on March 31st as part of her 52 Weeks, 52 Runs challenge.

It was the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10K in Richmond, VA and was Tracey’s first 10K. Go Tracey!

Unbeknownst to her, she snapped a jort-wearing runner at the starting line (far left). Yep, my jorts radar is finely tuned. FINELY tuned!

I especially love Tracey. You know why? Because her race #13 didn’t have a charity associated with it, so she donated the would-be fee to Denim for a Cure. As they say on the streets, “She is good people.”

  2. You rock!! I can’t believe I was thisclose to letting a jorts-wearing runner go unacknowledged. Thanks for not letting that happen. JJ, your denim radar is superior in every way. 🙂
